This Privacy Policy applies to the following Global Coatings mobile applications:

1. Account Registration

Contractor App (com.lava20)

Contractors can apply for an account through the in-app registration process. All applications are subject to review and approval by Global Coatings administrators before access is granted. Registration is only available for businesses/companies.

Employee App

Employee accounts are created exclusively by Global Coatings administrators or authorized contractors. There is no self-registration option for employees. Account creation requires prior agreement and authorization.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

Depending on the app and user type, we collect:

For Contractors (during registration):

• Company name
• Company registration number
• Company TIN number
• Company address
• Country and area of operation
• Company email and phone number
• Date of birth
• Manager details (name, phone, email)

For Employees (created by administrator):

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Employee identification details
• Profile photo (optional)

2.2 Location Data

With your permission, we collect location data to:

• Track work site attendance and presence
• Navigate to project locations
• Verify work location for project management purposes
• Display nearby projects on map (for contractors)

Location data is only collected when the App is in use or when you have enabled background location services for attendance tracking.

2.3 Photos and Media

We collect photos and media files that you upload for:

• Project documentation and progress reports
• Roof inspection images and videos
• Work completion evidence
• Profile pictures
• Employee documents and certifications (for contractors managing employees)

2.4 Device Information

We automatically collect:

• Device type and model
• Operating system version
• Unique device identifiers
• Push notification tokens

2.5 Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Apps, including features used, time spent, and actions performed within the Apps.

2.6 Communication Data

We collect messages and communications sent through the in-app chat feature between contractors and employees for project coordination purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Apps' functionality
• Manage work assignments, schedules, and project coordination
• Track project progress and documentation
• Enable communication between contractors and employees
• Send push notifications about work assignments, updates, and messages
• Improve and optimize the Apps' performance

• Generate work reports and analytics
• Verify contractor and employee credentials

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as you are an active user of the Apps, and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes. Project-related data may be retained longer for record-keeping requirements.
